Fried Rice ﹣ 炒饭

Grandma's fried rice is filled with chunks of char siu (BBQ pork), prawns and egg.  This dish is comfort food that you can always come back to.  If you're looking for something different ask Grandma to make you her venison fried rice... it's out of this world!

Shrimp Dumpling ﹣水餃面／汤

Hand-made dumplings with shrimp filling in clear broth.  You MUST get in early for this dish as Grandma only makes a limited batch each day - and they usually sell out within 30 minutes!
